i cant help it but to jot this down. haha.. i will remember e match vs aj for 2 things. 1stly, e way we conceded tt goal(i wont ever forgive myself 4 it). 2ndly, is tt long penetrating pass(a free hit) frm our 25 to their D. it reached syah who was pushed n e freakin umpire gave a penalty corner 'stead fo a stroke! but my first reaction wen it got 2 syah was "God, I love u!!". jus a few mths ago, i wud nvr hv tot of hitting e ball cos i wasnt confident of my hits. i wud hv utilised e sweeping shot instead(n tt wudnt hv generated e power to get e ball 2 e other side).
perhaps it was a fluke. well, hahahahaha, i did it again.. vs sa. it gave syah e oppurtunity 2 score frm a 1-on-1 situation. doesnt matter tt he fumbled. u cant expect ur 4wd to score frm every opportunity. b4 i took e hit vs sa, e thing i did vs aj(above) was playing at a damn fast pace. so i had only one thing in mind as i approached e ball. but i did smtg vs sa which i din do vs aj. i looked to aidil at right wing n as i anticipated, e sa pple started to inch towards our right wing. wif great pleasure, they left their middle wide open which was how e ball got to syah. hahaha

i'm so happy thinkin abt these stuff

today i'll recall one of e best goals i've ever been part of. i'll try my best to put it into words. it was vs sajc. third/fourth goal i cant remember. match played at delta.

e ball crossed our bye-line for a 16yd hit (from e stands,our goal was e one on e right). as usual i went to retrieve it. picked it up, got up, looked at e pitch n saw tt e sa players were takin their own sweet time to get back. i "walked" e ball back into e field of play(we were cruising). on entering e field of play i spotted syah free in betw e 25 & 50 yd line at e right side. i took no time in stoppin e ball n sweeping it to syah. abt 5 sa players were eliminated by tt pass(wahahaha). den syah n hichael played a marvellous one-two beating a few more sa players.
e rest they say, is history.

i juz love tt goal manz. it will keep on playing on my mind. hahaha. e one-two betw hichael n syah was simply devastating. when we viewed it on video, i was quite happy wen coach said tt e first pass(i.e. my pass!!!) was e killer pass. haha

i thought of something. if any1 were to ask me wad's my fav position, i'd say defensive centre half. e one who sits jus in front of e backline n jus behind e midfield. haha tan shafik played there this season. why do i like it? cos iz where i can try to cripple opponents' attacks, try to read those long passes n intercept & best of all,is i can be sort of e playmaker sprayin passes left right centre. haha i'm dreaming again.

wahahaha... i couldnt be happier than i m rite now. e final days of e hols. i was juz thinkin bout how i used 2 be not too long ago. cheery. smiley(still am). n tt's e way i'll stay. i'm happy.
